1972
Approached by CIG Gases to be the local supplier of industrial gases, IVR Equipment was established as the Authorised Seller of CIG in the Macarthur area.

1984
In 1984 equipment sales were predominantly related to small arc welders up to 230A. The shop footprint was doubled, providing more display space for merchandise and accommodating an ever-growing staff.

1986
The IVR Equipment office is expanded again as sales of gas, gas equipment and welding equipment steadily increases.

1986
Weld-Quip Supply Co is established to focus on welding sales and pursue equipment sales.

1989
Weld-Quip Supply Co begin buying second-hand welding machines and equipment, with the intention to refurbish and resell.

1994
Weld-Quip purchased a 3000sq/m block of land on which to build a dedicated storeroom/warehouse.

1995
The new Weld-Quip store and warehouse is ready to move into, complete with office space, wash down bay and spray booth.
