The UNIMIG RAZOR 200 PULSE is a professional 240V 15A multi-process welder combining gas and gasless MIG, single and double pulse MIG, high-frequency DC TIG, pulse TIG and STICK. Its 5-inch colour touchscreen, 100+ synergic programs, four-geared wire drive and digital MIG torch make advanced welding easier across mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other common fabrication materials.

Single and double pulse MIG provide excellent control over heat input and help minimise spatter while maintaining penetration. The machine is particularly well suited to aluminium MIG welding, thin materials and high-quality visible welds. Select the material, wire size, gas and thickness through the touchscreen, and the synergic program calculates the recommended settings.

The RAZOR 200 PULSE also includes high-frequency DC TIG, pulse TIG and STICK/MMA modes. The supplied DM26 Digital MIG Torch allows key settings to be changed at the torch, while the four-geared wire-drive system provides smooth and consistent feeding.

Please note: TIG is DC only and is not suitable for TIG welding aluminium. A compatible TIG torch is required and is not included.
