The UNIMIG RAZOR CUT 80 Combo Kit is a professional 415V three-phase plasma-cutting package for fabrication workshops, maintenance teams and CNC-capable applications. Delivering up to 80A with a 25mm clean cut and 35mm severance capacity on mild steel, the package includes the RAZOR CUT 80, a high-flow plasma air filter and a 19-piece SC80 consumables starter kit.

Its HD backlit control panel makes settings clear and easy to adjust, while pilot arc starting helps cut through paint, rust and scale without touching the workpiece. Solid, perforated and gouging modes give you the flexibility to cut plate, grating and mesh or remove unwanted weld metal. CNC connectivity also allows the machine to be paired with a compatible CNC torch and cutting table for automated work.

The included U11235 air filter removes moisture, oil and particles as small as 0.01 microns to help improve cut quality and extend consumable life. The UMSK45 19-piece starter kit provides the essential replacement consumables and cutting accessories for the supplied SC80 torch.

Please note: This machine requires 415V three-phase power and an external compressed-air supply. The air filter is included; an air compressor is not included.

• Supplied unplugged; 20A plug recommended by UNIMIG
• 32A circuit breaker recommended in the operating manual
• Qualified electrician required for electrical connection
• External compressor capable of supplying clean, dry air at 4.5–5.0 bar / 65–75psi
• SC80 torch gas-flow requirement: 110L/min; choose a larger compressor for sustained cutting
• Minimum 18kVA clean-power generator with total harmonic distortion of 5% or less when generator operation is required
• Compatible CNC torch and table required for CNC operation; neither is included
