The Duralloy DASTART300 combines an intelligent 12V/24V battery charger and a 300A vehicle starting function in one compact workshop unit. Designed for workshops, fleet maintenance, farms and vehicle service applications, it automatically identifies 12V or 24V batteries and provides adjustable charging current from 5A to 30A.
Its microprocessor-controlled five-stage charging process uses pulse repair, constant-current, constant-voltage, float and trickle stages to manage the battery through the charging cycle. Dedicated selections are provided for common STD, EFB, WET, GEL and AGM lead-acid battery types.
BOOST charging, winter charging, pulse desulfation, service/power-supply mode and alternator testing add useful workshop capability. Integrated battery leads and side-mounted clamp storage keep the unit tidy and ready to move between jobs.
