Rapidstick™ 8577 Anaerobic Thread Sealant (Gas & Potable Water, All Thread Types)

Rapidstick™ 8577 Anaerobic Thread Sealant is a Class III methacrylate ester compound offering immediate low pressure resistance for all metal threads on pipes, joints, and fittings, locking and sealing to resist loosening and leakage during testing and after full cure. Suitable for use on all active metals without the need for priming, its excellent thixotropic nature prevents migration.

8577 is a soft setting sealant with a potable water safe formulation that protects against corrosion, shock, and vibration. It will not creep, shrink, gall, migrate, or block systems, and is an excellent sealant for gases, water, LPG, hydrocarbons, oils, and other chemicals.

Note: It is recommended to prime inactive metals first with Rapidstick™ Anaerobic Adhesives Primer.
